Monthly Membership

Starting a trading evaluation activates a monthly subscription that renews every 30 days until the evaluation is either passed or canceled. If your account is ineligible for funding due to a rule violation at renewal, it will automatically reset once payment is processed for the next billing cycle. This provides a fresh month to trade and a renewed opportunity to qualify for funding.

Cancellation

Managing evaluation subscriptions is the trader’s responsibility. Subscription settings can be viewed and updated at any time in the dashboard. If cancellation is necessary, the subscription must be turned off to prevent additional charges. To cancel, go to Dashboard -> Account & Billing and select "Cancel Subscription" on the active account to be canceled.

Refunds

Purchasing a trading evaluation grants immediate access to live data and a trading account. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered once a purchase is completed.
